Superintendent Garth is a career educator who empowers stakeholders to analyze and observe the world through a different lens. He serves as the instructional leader overseeing 1600 students and 250 educational comrades. He considers himself as a transformational leader, havingng increased accountability outcomes for 11 consecutive years at varying educational institutions at which he served. He believes leadership must begin and end with service. He accomplishes his purpose through motivational speaking, transformational seminars and poignant penmanship. He holds several distinctions as a devoted christian, award winning speaker, aspiring author and  humanitarian.
